DST white 1050 and add 5% DST catalyst, depending on dryer type curing around 80C, belt speed around 2 mins

The polyester film is supplied by DST in Denmark

+Mel Revitt Thanks for the information. So the polyester film is more stable than the paper for the OKI. We use OKI but we are trying to improve the quality and I see you guys can get a very tight registration. Xerox register better the paper than the OKI printer?

@@melrevitt7083 I'm late to the game to reply but I think there might be some misinformation here. A Xerox 250 (and subsequent models) provide comparable results to the 8080 or OKIs that I'm seeing in the video - these are all high-end machines for this task. Every major print engine manufacturer has brought some form of a chemical-prepared toner to market and refined said toner formulations over the last 15-20 years. Aside from temperature (last I heard Xerox's EA toner is prepared yielding slightly smaller toner particles, so you need to pull the temperature down a bit to account for that) you'll get there with some trial and error to zero in on optimal conditions for your shop equipment and materials used. Speaking from detailed research I've had to put into Xerox engines, their digital presses with EA toner can be expected to perform the same across machines
