I was genuinely not trying to clickbait the title. There have been people finding Call of Duty Vanguard for the Xbox for less than $1 per copy, I was just not able find that at the Walmarts I went to. So yes, There are indeed $1 games at Walmart!
That’s a great question, and I think it depends. If you’re selling them online then probably eBay solds. But my local retro game store goes off of price charting when buying and selling games, so that really helps me out. And I’m friends with some other people in the TH-cam video game space that primarily use pricecharting as well. Pricecharting is pretty much just an easy way to get a quick idea of what your game is worth, considering you can just pull up the app and scan the barcode with your camera. So it comes down to preference and how you’re selling them if that’s your intent

Im also buying some bro for my collection i got like 5 games for 5 bucks and red dead 2 for 20. I saw somebody buying all of the games just to resell them for hella expensive i think is kinda mess up but im trying to get some before those scalpers get all of them
Completely understand that bro. I definitely fall under both categories of a collector and reseller, but I resell just to support the collection and to build inventory to open a Store

I’m definitely in a fortunate situation where I have an Instagram page that I’m able to sell on, along with having a good relationship with the guys at my local game store. I’ve sold 9 out of the 20 games already and I’m only $13 away from coming out even so one more should get me there and with that, the rest will be profit along with adding games to my collection for free! But I’m fully aware that my situation is not the circumstance for everyone. Thank you for that comment!
Gas yes, but actually Mercari has zero seller’s fee along with having the buyer pay shipping so you get 100% of what you sell it for. That was an update that happened less than 2 weeks ago. I don’t have to pay for tape and boxes because luckily I can get both of those for free with where I work, so really I’m only down on gas. But mainly it’s just something I enjoy doing. I understand it’s not for everyone, but it brings me joy and gives me TH-cam content (:
