I guess this will depend on the volume of vehicles. Once the place has many motoring patrons then I think the LGU would be the one to place the traffic lights.

Delikado kong malimotan bago mag bokas ang new finished highway-a very stretchy road. We have to make sure motorists are safe when travelling on that road; especially at night. May guidelines kasi yan correct me nalang if may taga dpwh makakabasa. Kapag nasa urban saka iilawan ata yun carriageway kapag 500 meters sa interchange lalagyan ng ilaw. Otherwise puwede walang ilaw.

Should have been better if they provided a direct connection between CALAX and SLEX making the two seamless. Exiting mamplasan is a hassle sometines.
