@@frederickmuhlbauer9477 Yes you are very right as Starmer will just continue what the Tories were doing and actually speed it up. Going back to the cows - yes back in the late 60's and living in the country we worked on the farms for pocket money. I recall milking 160 cows after school or twice a day in holidays for 50p a day if full day. Yes at 16 did not really come across girls as a priority at that time but ( excuse the next bit was a fact of life not rude) I used to pull about 1200 tits a day as part of washing and cleaning udders before placing the milking clusters. No automatic systems then and back earlier had to learn to hand milk our own cow into a bucket at the age of 5-6 years, as did 000's boys and girls. A politician cannot open a tin can of beans themselves. We are going downhill fast, nearly a cliff and soon will be. Wake up people and think of the children as this is the legacy that we seem to be content to leave them - which indeed is an insult to the very principals and morals of parenthood. Keep up your honesty Richard.
Yes... 76 now and in full agreement with you.. I haven't believed a word since the beginning. Sharing truth again and again.. Back in the beginning, I was ostracized and lost many friends, most of who have had serious health problems. Many are listening to me now though..
It’s always easier to see what we believe to be everyone else’s flaws. The day we no longer see fault in everyone different from us, is when we are truly awakened. As neurotypical people I know it is difficult, since it’s very much in your nature to be afraid of what is different from you, and then want to change them, based on your beliefs that you have grown up with, and been indoctrinated into believing to be facts, when in fact it’s just a belief that you hold. I’m not judging you for being that way, I’m just letting you know how it looks from a neurodivergent perspective.
We can live without politicians but we cannot live without farmers... support farmers 100%, help local farmers
If we could live without politicians and banks that would be the ticket.

Dear Richard, I come from an agricultural reality in the south of Italy, I spent my youth on the tractor and amongst lemon trees, apricot trees, olive trees, tomato fields, chickens etc.
With all the best will in the world, agriculture and farming are not an activity for everyone.
1 - It's not a recreational activity at all when your life depends on it, when I go back doing that even now 25 years later I realise how incredibly tedious and hard, and unrewarding picking lemons from trees is, don't even get me started on picking olives.
2 - It is a very expensive thing to even start doing, buying land and equipment, waiting years and years to see the first (potential, not guaranteed and at times meagre) return on investment.
3 - It is a 100% full time job which takes up basically 365 days per year, those who live from the land proceeds have to be entirely dedicated to and passionate about it, and people simply have many interests and talents and passions that are not farming and agriculture.
4 - Doing it while having a pension or a passive income is one thing, but being young and embarking on it from scratch with no backup income is an entirely different thing.
Thank you for your lovely message and hard work for so many years👍👏🥰🙏
Amen to you, friend! From a Californian farmer, when I don't have enough crops to make a living, yet , to scrape by, and do what we need to do, to grow crops, harvest eggs, , there is no return on the mo. You do this for you, your family and community.
And, as R.V himself asks, could one gather the right people together to work as one, in a common interest without 'downing tools?' The hippies tried to live in self-sufficient communes, I don't think many of them lasted very long. I'm reminded of Jean-Paul Sartre's, "Hell is Other People."
Thanks for yiu post , i am looking at buying a small farm in central italy and will be spending three months looking for property . Sure would be great to meet up . Thankyou
This will not be a DECISION, you are right as if your life depended on it, WHICH IT DOES. Start to sell up, shed the old life and start NEW. I know easier said than done but again NO choice. This is where intuition bangs on the door of your unconscious mind....x Brilliant comment NOTHING about farming is easy, but if everyone had a few skills and we came together, the work would be shared and its to feed not to sell.xx
Blessed be the farmers!
Well sorry to say... but not ALL of them!
Many are totally unconnected to nature! Not knowing a damn thing about what they call "weeds"! Cutting all our (in the netherlands) wild flowers next to the roads! Nothing left for our bee-friends!
They killed all diversity!
And they spray so much pesticides that besides killing very important insects, they get alzheimer themselves and they poison our groundwaters!!
So A LOT of educating needed to teach farmers how to work WITH nature and not AGAINST as the narrative 'educates' them!
I was born in a metropole not knowing anything about plants. But man... was l greatful for the plandemic! It turned my live onehundredandeightyyyyyy degrees! I am now studying wild plants (called "weeds") which are most of all CURING and healthy and perfect to eat!
And 3 months a year ~what used to be the summer months of holland...🙄🙄~ l stay in the countryside educating the farmers around me on what they are killing and what could give them the most healthy cows one could wish for...
And time after time l'm flabbergasted to see they know NOTHING about nature! Not even their elderly familymembers...

Most people who for whatever reason live in the countryside have never done any land work, I’ve done my fair share and it’s hard working through the seasons, freezing cold, wet, boiling hot, demanding schedules, mud, long unsociable hours just as much stress as my previous I.T. Job for little money. Needless to say I’ve got the greatest respect for those that work on the land.
Too many toffs move into the countryside and complain about the smell, the noise, the tractors on the roads, farming practices etc., etc. Toffs should be banned from moving into the countryside! All they do is complain!
i doff my hat to you sir - 100% respect
I totally agree with you Living off the land is hard work i did it for years, i had geese, hens, ducks turkeys and i moved back into the town area. Poor Richard is a townie, doesn't realise what he will be facing especially at his age, its tough and not so rewarding, he's portraying utopia in his podcasts, far from it and labour will attack farming soon. 😢

Ive just come in from my small garden with potatoes, broad beans, one turnip! and various soft fruit. Its not a lot but a start, but there's plenty more to harvest. I'm in my 70's and have an allotment but put in raised beds in the garden a couple of years ago. Ive kept an area for sitting etc for quiet contemplation and im happy. Excess fruit and veggies go to my offspring who have 'busy' lives and not fully awake but I do all i can. Its keeping me active as well and thats not a bad thing at my age 🤣
This is where the elderly generations should be spoken to, and thoroughly learned from. My parents are both from farming backgrounds, and they really knew how to farm! Respected nature, knew the seasons, had empathy for the animals, were clean, tidy, and thought about the best clean ways to do things for the best, natural results. All the crap ways forced upon farmers today is absolutely evil! No farmers deserve to be dictated to, or forced to inject antibiotics/hormones etc into their stock, or spray cancer causing chemicals all over their fruit and veg. No much wonder we have 1 in 2 with Cancer! Time to track down and stop those sick minded, money grabbing fools who see the masses as their experiments!

One of my happiest memories is walking a few miles to my Uncle's farm and going into the milking shed. He only had about 20 cows. The cows weren't forced to produce milk. I miss those days so much.
@denisemotley. cows have, since the 80s been over producing milk. I th8nk that it was in the cattle cake, a hormone that was produced by Monsanto to increase the milk yield, for what reason, other than to mess around with nature. It all led to cows getting mastitis and having to be treated with antibiotics, which ultimately was consumed by humans. You must be having memories from the 1960s, a more innocent time.

Many decades ago, when the establishment decided that I could go and put a pauper's signature (sign of nature) on a contract to be punished, I decided that it wasn't for me. Why has it taken so long for people to realise that it is a ridiculous idea? Over the course of my lifetime, many people have engaged in fierce arguments with me, telling me that it's my duty to vote. Lots of seeds didn't germinate and some that did grew a little then died.
Still love living here though, at least I'm away from all the madness.
I think the whole western financial Ponzi scheme is going to fall apart pretty soon, and when that happens a lot of the 'normies' are not going to know what hit them.
We're fully in the "weak men make bad times" stage of the cycle now, so buckle up and get prepared.
get well soon 🙏 i hope the weather picks up
I would love to work on a farm ❤️
Too bad you can't come to Cal, lol.
If it's what you "would love to" do, what do you need to do to make it happen?
Then you must find a way to get into that! Lol
Friends, family and community are how we survive this Fourth Turning.
I think its climate will ensure that Britain is never self--sufficient in food, and will always be partly dependant on imports from other countries, preferably neighbouring ones.
I hang a bag of a dozen of my avocados on my neighbour´s gate every week and in return get what firewood I need. This saves me about 500 euros every winter, and (are you listening UK ?) I would be a damn fool to fall out with my neighbour.
Last year we pooled our olives to make it worthwhile getting them pressed, and since she´s a dentist and I´m a blacksmith we can be quite useful to each other. Another neighbour helps me water the terraces every Monday, after which we drink beer and smoke and put the world to rights. This mountain can be a harsh place in winter, and the summer sun burns right down to your wishbone, we know we need each other in so many ways --- I never felt that in Britain.
It’s also very small compared with USA. Therefore we get hoarded into cities and although living on top of each other we now do not know our neighbours .
Part of a long term plan for here I’m afraid.
Lovely insight
We were pretty much fully self-sufficient in food for most of our history, Britains climate is in many ways brilliant for agriculture. The issue is the powers that be do not want that, what if I told you that the USSR was self-sufficient in Citrus and grew a majority of it in areas where the average winter low was between -8 and -13 celsius! That's colder than even the harshest winters in the south west.
Now imagine all of the Citrus fruit orchards/plantations around Cornwall utilising Fruit Trenches or walled gardens. These systems of market gardening, small scale agriculture etc. have all been lost over time, whether that is intentional (Which I suspect is likely at least in part) or another casualty of the modern world we will never know. Likely 6 of one and half a dozen of the other (Or 9 of one and a quarter dozen of the other)
@@WinterDomeFlyCornwall is now without sun and raining most days. The skies are cloudy because of geoengineering and there’s a cold wind which was never the case just 3 years ago.
Something has changed.
@@bertibear1300 It´s a shame to quell such optimism, but everything I hear from the UK, and Skyping my partner avoiding the heat in Yorkshire showing her in several layers of wool in July, tells me you´re right.
With about 8 hours of sun every day, my garden produces more than twenty things I can eat, sell or barter, and my irrigation is independent of rainfall. Solar power gives me electricity and hot water, so on the whole I think climate is a big factor for the UK, both meteorological and political.
Both seem to be in terminal decline.
Look into why the grass does not grow in several northern counties.
What an inspiring message… For the last three years, being aware of what’s going on, I have been learning gardening on my small backyard.. I already know what vegetables are easy to grow here, which ones don’t seem to like it. I also have been utilizing various “weedy” plants growing in the grass… In spring I used dandelion flowers to make vinegar and the leaves to make a liquid fertilizer. When I found out that “regular” wild white daisies have health benefits, I started picking them and dry to use them for herbal teas in winter. When mowing the grass, I was leaving patches of daisies to bloom to the point when they shed seeds, so I have more daisies next year. Now, I am doing the same thing with white clover, which on top everything else, is attracting hundreds of bees🐝. Most of my kitchen scraps and grass clippings go into the compost pile. My backyard is far from the most beautiful in the neighbourhood, but I bet it is the most loved by the earthworms😆 (got tons of them)… and that brings me joy😃 . Saint John’s wort’s plant seeded itself and now I am using it’s flowers to make a herbal tea blend along with some others herbs from my garden. (Last year I made some Saint John’s wort infused oil for massage)… The walnut tree has been providing lots of nutritious walnuts every year, except this year …there are very few walnuts…. My 160 square meter yard, has provided me with so much, even though, so far, only a small part of it has been utilized.. The neighbourhood acacia tree provided me abundance of the most beautiful fragrant flowers, so I made 8 litters of delicious acacia flower vinegar! When lilacs were blooming, a farmer at the market gifted me a big bunch of lilac flowers … which I also used them to make some lilac vinegar. Both vinegars I use in the same manner as apple cider vinegar. Much love to you Richard and all Freedom loving folks around the world 💖💥🕊🐝🪴🌾🌻 from Poland
Good chat today, Richard :) While you were talking, it struck me that we all need to just stop one day and spend some time evaluating what we want out of our lives, how we wish to interact with others, what kinds of skills we possess that could be offered in payment in a bartering system, and so on. Time to either move to where life could be more pleasurable or retrench and discover what's available in our local communities, because, as you say, Richard, we have totally lost touch with the important things in life. We CAN do this!
70 million people, how you going to feed um, we only can produce 20% our food n labours going to build build build,im all for saving the countryside n farmland but reality is biigger population more land use for building, the uk going to be a concrete island for the world

Thank you for sharing your experience 🙏

An optimistic note on getting to the root of Human Being Living. As for 15 min cities we already live as 15 min cities, they just want to make it official. (How many of us actually travel more that 15 minutes in our day to day lives, that would be an interesting poll)
great point, ive been saying the same thing ☝️ for most of last year i couldn’t even afford a full tank of fuel for the car 😔 or servicing and new tyres ..
if you google international petrol prices 👉 it’s quite an eye opener.. we are being ripped off blind 🙈
Don't Google V A T then ! Won't be long before Kia starts bumping it up...

Thank you for the wake up call & raising the sign post. ❤ This is truly the key to our independence and self sustenance. I don’t think it could’ve been said anymore passionate, clear & caring. Well, done, Richard. We must do our best.👁️👁️👍🙄
I think you're wrong Richard people can see what's coming. If everyone moves to the countryside where are they going to live. There are no affordable houses and the ones they're going to build they are going to give to boat folk. They've said that. I appreciate your point of view, but you're coming over a bit preachy to people who through no fault of their own are trapped. If people hide themselves away how long do you think you are going to be any safer than the rest of us when they move them to where you live. We all have to fight back, be the adults in the room for the sake of the children and do it from wherever you are, with whatever you've got.
I have run a small farm in Scotland for the owners to go on holiday twice before! It’s an amazing experience!
Come to ulverston lake district Richard - we are one road in and one road out 😊 sizergh farm have lovely raw milk and local produce 😊
I'll come next time I'm there! My best friend lives in Pennington so I'm up there regularly ❤
It takes time folks! I moved from London to Pembrokeshire in 2011 to learn how to grow my own food. It took 5 years before I was able to grow a decent amount and 10 years before we were self sufficient in fruit and veg. On top of that you also have to get used to managing the land, cutting huge stores of wood each year, you have to network in your community and spend years building up relationships. If this is the path you want then be prepared to spend a long time learning. The sooner you start the better!
And there's enough space for everyone in this new utopia is there?
@@daverushton6114 Confusing comment. There's no such thing as Utopia and that's a good thing, suffering is how we learn and grow.
I also just said it took me 10 years for my modest family of 5 to become [nearly] self sufficient. Obviously not everyone will be able to do this and if food gets short then a lot of people will starve. That's one of the big incentives to being able to grow your own. Your kids won't starve if the shops are all empty.
I read that a certain European country has stopped people growing stuff😮 in their own gardens
Yes and I heard of some state that made the selling of seeds illegal during Cv ... I have no idea what excuse they could possibly come up with for that?! Lol
Some of us have been doing it all our lives.
Yes, some of us saw it was a good move decades ago but we're the minority.
One will never regret buying land, in the long run - that is until they turf us off it 😅
Marvellous pullover. Pure wool, I’m sure.👏
I thought you had a cold, take care. How lovely you really get on with real life. At least we have 5 Reform in and hopefully give the great unwanted a shift out. It’s going to be interesting to watch. My family is Farmers and fishermen the backbone of this Nation.
You standing there, Richard, with your cup, are making a target for yourself! 😮
Richard i live in a city. Local allotments are 15k plus. I cant afford to move. Im on a low wage.
It's alright you saying this., Richard..do you know how difficult it is to buy a bit of land to live on ? We have been looking for at least 4 years, with groups of ' like minded people' and on our own.
It is time farmers sold 'people' land..not companies.
We should all go to the countryside and help our farmers. Great time. Wonderful atmosphere.
WELL DONE, RICHARD! GOOD TO SEE YOU BACK!!!!
ALL VERY WELL SAID, AS USUAL!
STAY BLESSED.
SENDING YOU MUCH LOVE & LIGHT.

With Andrew Bridgen in number 10 we have a chance of healthy survival. Not yet unfortunately so now we have Starmers bunch plus the WHO and WEF sitting beside ready to pounce. Richard talks so much sense.
Bridgen didn't even get 2,000 votes. There is no hope for this country. None.
I absolutely agree ...

I'm a born Christian and sometimes I feel so down🤦🏼♂️ of myself because of low finance but I still believe in God🙏
But then, how do you get all that in that period of time? What is it you do please, mind sharing?
It is the digital market. That's been the secret to this wealth transfer. A lot of folks in the US and abroad are getting so much from it, God has been good to my household Thank you Jesus
Big thanks to Ms. Chisty Fiore❤️✨💯May God bless Christy Fiore services, she have changed thousands of lives globally
How can I start this digital market, any guidelines and how can I reach out to her?
I'm assuming you'd have to have some money behind you. What would you suggest to those of us who don't have the financial resources? I don't earn a fortune and I live in a rented council flat so I couldn't sell it to raise the money to do this.
Its easy...sign on to TH-cam, make a channel on conspiracy theories, create some clickbait videos, like holiday on a farm and milking cows, growth of 5G towers, or chemtrails, etc and sit back and watch the money roll in...
@@John-mu2ki Oh the irony. Thank you for your comment and your financial support towards Richard's channel. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
If you eat meat, find a good local butcher who will let you have cheap offcuts and free beef trimmings that you can render down for fat. If you like veggies, find out where your local allotment association is because the people there often give away excess produce or you can buy it cheaply. Befriend market stall holders; grow herbs in pots on the windowsill; sprout veggies indoors using a two or three jar system. Just look into what you can do, I am sure you will end up meeting likeminded souls and you can help each other. All the best x
I am in the same position.
Thank you Richard. Excellent message.

You and Julia are a shinning light. Thanks for everything. I was born in the early 50's all this was usual for us, we were never far from a farm and believe it or not I lived in the Midlands, not far from Birmingham city but a million miles away from to-days Brum. My dear dad who fought in WW2 would be sooooo angry. I'm old now and this is not my time anymore, or my life. I have to leave the future to my grandchildren, but they are brainwashed and think I'm a bit odd. History repeats it's self, it takes such a long time to change things Richard, just look back on the 100 yrs wars.
