I'd probably rate this one an 8.5 overall. In terms of Support sync pairs only, this one is a 9.

Biggest fave>meta pick of the month for me.
I'm not too big a fan of the defensive stuff, but fast buffs are always appreciated. He'll be perfect for Strike Caked A.Skyla.
Also, coincidentally, SS Morty can give max +2/+2 to both offenses, and Kabu complements that w/ his first passive. Another coincidence is how he completes Leon's offenses (although, I really wish he just got HE9 instead of HttT9 in that case b/c hitting each foe is always easier than waiting for each foe to land a hit on you).
I am kinda sad that he didn't get Fire Lash or Smokescreen, though, but hopefully he gets some kind of seasonal alt w/ a mon like Heatmor or sth that gets those two moves. I'd also like to see him w/ a Sun setting Torkoal as maybe his Lodge unit, lol. I want two different alts for him already.
