Thank you for this video. my printer is just a month old and the heater rod just died. ive replaced the rod after watching this video. but im not sure if the heater keeps dying just randomly, how many times would i replace the heater. please also specify the specifications of the heater so that a spare can be purchased.

Hello friend
I'm very sorry to bring you a bad experience. The model of the heating rod is NTC 100K
Power is 60W
Have a nice day!
are we using metric for those? can't find a match to fit that small hole, or it's stripped/sealed.
Can I ask if you mean you need the small screws to fix the heater rod and the temperature sensor?
I would be super happy when some one tells me the size of the screws whioch holds the heater block.
TY and all good.
M.

What is the grey paste inbetween the thermistor, heating rod and the aluminum module?
is it aluminum oxide or thermic paste as in a microchip?
Hi. This is thermal conductive silicone. It is used to fix and prevent loosening.
Please let us know 😅
Hello friend. Sorry, can I ask what problem you encountered?
