I am happy for every person who have found the strength and the courage to leave the job that is making her/him ill. Very sorry for all those who have to work in unhealthy environment, this should not be this way. Companies and hospitals should stop their ill policies and start caring more about employees. While managers and owners get their million USD of bonuses and profits, the employees are suffering and carrying the system on their backs.

Ah, this video felt so hopeful and reassuring. I gave in my resignation last month and I have last 2 weeks ahead of me in this job. So watching this with having already made my choice while I'm thinking about all my possibilities in the future felt like a hug i needed today ☺️

I don’t have Asian parents but my parents are the exact same way. I think it’s their boomer mentality where they can’t see outside of the typical, traditional life path in life. My mom immediately goes into catastrophe mode too!

It's definitely a generational difference thing too! Like love you guys but can you get with the times pls 😂

Definitely… it’s old fashioned mentality because tolerance, company loyalty, is all they know. But times have changed, and ultimately it’s our lives that we have to lead, not them, so do what makes us happy, is really better for us, and them, in the long run 😊
