The list of things could include things as simple as collecting the steel platebody from lava maze, killing archaeologist (1-3 times), doing 2-4 laps of wilderness agility, or mining (2 mithril + 1 adamant) south of the lava maze. Special rule: You two need to stay on the same world (hop to the same world) and the hunters must know what world you're on at all times.

From the Agility Pyramid, you can complete the rest of the courses in any order, with the only exception being your final lap must be at the Wilderness Agility Course. After completing your final lap, the finish line is the mage arena bank. The loser must pay the winner 10,000gp for every minute slower he reaches the Mage Arena Bank.

There, run all the way south and kill an elder chaos druid, before returning to the GE. Whoever does it faster wins a kiss. Edit: for extra difficulty, try doing it all without logging out. If you do log out or hop, then reset back to Edgville. Alternatively, wear an amulet of avarice, so you're always skulled, while wearing an item worth 1 mil.
challenge: see who can make the most money doing wildy content, start with a set amount for starter gear and you can sell for upgrades if wanted, can put a time limit on it for a nice short sweet video, maybe allow to be able to fuck with each other trying to pk each other for loot etc keep the 9rain/j1mmy content coming!
I think a good challenge would be to try to get a lower level player to teleport away from you by doing anything besides attacking them. Ideally the person wouldn't be scared of you at first, then get in there head and make them run without ever even clicking on them.

Challenge: starting with nothing in your inventory, ironman your way to getting one pk in the wilderness. You can kill each other, some random skiller, or some random pker. All that matters is that you are the first to kill an actual human in the wilderness with gear and supplies you gathered yourself. Dope content and best of luck in the new year.
Make a wilderness bingo card with a bunch of tasks (ie 25 tasks for a 5x5 card) and race each other, or race another team of 2. Each team can choose different paths which is exciting. Tasks could be bosses, PK someone, get a drop, offer bones at the altar, etc.
something like a randomized blackout bingo between you two could be fun. I dunno what exact tasks to put on the cards, but I do know the format works really well for content for other games
Challenge create your own wilderness task list. Collect items off the ground or from monsters/bosses. Things you have to do like get a pk, charge 100 glories etc.
Be a mobster, pj people off bosses and tell them they have to pay you for off and protection. If they pay you kill them and say "That's the law of the Wild" and "Dog eat dog baby"
Hang out in the pirates hideout or some other locked room that can only be accessed via lockpick with while wearing/carrying solid risk. Taunt and raspberry everyone that comes by. See how many just randomly have a lockpick to catch you. You are allowed to log out if the Pker in question heads in the direction of a bank. (most likely east to mage arena). They only deserve you tasty snacks if they actually have the lockpick on person at the time. Oh, two people? I guess the other one can advertise to pkers that they spotted a dude with high risk hanging out in deep wilderness. Hopefully they aren't paranoid of ambushes or something. See how many you can get all the way there, just to be blocked by a door because they don't carry an obscure, niche item on them at all times.

That's not a thing, skull prevention stops you getting skilled but someone can still attack you and they will skull
Assuming both of you have DS2 done, teleporting to the myths guild and dying to Galvek is a quick safe death to lose skull.
