For an area like this 1 bedroom is about-R8000. Studio can be as low as R5000.
Electricity for a month R600
Water is generally included
You don’t really need a car in cpt cas the bus is good n the distances are short by bolt/Uber R40 - R80 type thing.
Areas you want are
- upper Woodstock
- vredehoek
- salt river
- gardens
- green point
