Honestly these videos have been giving me life. Before the military I was really in tune with myself and astrology but I lost it and my sense of individuality while in the military. The timing of your videos at this point in my life has really helped me begin to find myself and remind myself of the things I enjoyed before. All my housing placements are directly opposite to the ruling signs...i.e my social status house is in cancer (ruled by capricorn) but its like that all over...does this mean anything?

So I'm really happy I helped even a little :) As for books, I dont have one right now that is exclusively on the houses. But I do recommend looking into Stephen Arroyo's book: Astrology, Psychology, & The Four Elements. He goes over all of the astrological foundations including the houses in that book. So it's a great reference whenever you might feel stumped. Just be aware that depending on your level of knowledge, some of it may seem a bit more advanced but it isn't too bad!! I hope that helps!🤗

I have a question after learning in school a long time ago that Mars was larger than earth and had more gravity with this size. I found out that it was not as large and told it is smaller than earth ? Why was this and I would really want to know another question of size. How big is Uranus ? Does it affect my second Chakra I was told it does. Is Uranus considered a house ? That seems like a far out there subject. Not saying your video has it have to be in Adults Only content. Thank you for the clear explanation Marisa! I just bought my first astrology book and I am taking a look of some videos and my birth chart. This might be a silly questions, but I am just trying to understand how to read my birth chart. What does it means if have NO planets in some of the houses?
*I am not OP* but I am an astrology buff with 6 empty houses! This usually means you have less "experiences in life" (planets/asteroids/etc) to mold that "area of life" (house) and should look at the placement of that house's ruler (Uranus for Aquarius, Moon for Cancer, and so on) for how that area of life/house is influenced. 🙂 Hope that helped!

Every. 1's first house is going to be different in everyone. 's unique birth chart for. Examplein my birth chart. I have scorpio in the first house. Because scorpio is my rising sign. So whatever your rising sign is, it's going to be the sign. Ruling your first house in your unique birth chart.
My 12th house they say is in Virgo, but most of the house is in Libra. Most of my 11th house is in Virgo. But the chart put Leo. It shows up as Leo as my part of fortune in one chart but it totally messed up my chart for the Houses.

I personally believe that astrology dives much deeper into the psychological makeup of a person. Numerology is more of an overall assessment of energy!
These houses aren't as heavily emphasized, however, the sign that is on the cusp of that house is what to pay attention to if the house has no planets :) the zodiac sign on the cusp of that house will tell you more about that specific house in your chart😊

First house is not ruled by Aries, nor is second by Taurus, nor is third by Gemini and so on. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac but this doesn't mean it rules first house!
