Used ours once and now it makes a knocking noise, like its water starved. I have tried priming from the hose, filling the tank and turning the unit upside down, etc... its like it has an air bubble in it. I image it will die soon unless someone sees this and has a suggestion.
That wouldn't be the first time the Chinese manufacturers completely made up some numbers. They do this with lumen rating on bulbs and LED flashlights all the time too. Basically, anything they sell they make shht up.
@@thepubliceye Thats not true. I use a buck converter every day to charge my ebike because they don't make a charger that will charge to my needed voltage.
@@felonebike9859 That's fine that is what its made for, but this has a heater and electric motor rated for 120 volts which are different than an all-electronic charger.
I see many of these looks like exact same thing on Amazon all with different names. I assume they all come from the same factory in China and get labeled for whatever company name. I love the idea of the wand and brush over say the bissel steam shot where you have to carry the whole unit around but if none of them work right then it would be useless. Did you ever find one with a wand that actually works good ?
@@jamesfair9751 i just tried the one and gave up on it. I think its just best to pay the extra few hundred more and get a heavy duty one. These just dont seem to have enough power.
FYI to buyers: there is lot of steam but very low temperature not enough to even remove mild grease from a kitchen filter. Returned

It produces too much water which means more cleaning instead of steaming. Not recommended

I purchased one of these from Amazon. It lasted one day started falling apart.Junk
2500 watts @ 110 volts? That is not possible, that would be 27.5 amps and US outlets are fused at 15 amps and 20 ampa tops.

Listen I baught one first steamer ever it did the job but did take long .
