Cassive meat is the best African food it is cooked with fish meat chicken and onion peper it is the best food. it takes two hours to complated. The rice cake is called 'masa' in Nigeria, made without the banana, and eaten with 'suya' (local barbecued meat) and suya pepper called 'yaji' (dry ground chillies and ginger and salt mix). Fantastic! I loved the enthusiasm of the lady getting you to 'mange' while you've barely swallowed the current handful! Loved the masquerade dance, loved everything! The rice cake is called 'masa' in Nigeria, made without the banana, and eaten with 'suya' (local barbecued meat) and suya pepper called 'yaji' (dry ground chillies and ginger and salt mix).
