Corporations gained huge benefits out of corporate tax cut . They are having therefore huge cash surplus. Neither they are doing charity nor investing the huge profits. They have gone back from their promise of making investment. Please bring a law, unless there is fresh investment of the benefits availed by them with in 12/24 months, 30 % should be taxed again
Capex cycle is already underway. Not sure what makes you say otherwise. If you listen to Concalls then you will know that capex is happening in many sectors.

It is a very simple economics. If market cheers then it is not people's budget. Poli cies of the govt are making rich more richer and poor more poorer. I fail to understand what is this GDP Growth in this country.
There is no such thing called a peoples budget or a markets budget. Budget is meant to plan for the economy, increase investment in critical or core areas, provide benefits to people where possible but more towards lower income group and welfare. Lower middle class was given tax exemption upto certain bracket. Also upper middle class uses hra, housing loan etc to claim benefits. Does US or developed countries provide tax freebies to middle class every year? Government has to manage fiscal deficit and make sure country is investment friendly to attack domestic and foreign investment.
Don't invest junjanwala counter because example JUBLIANT PHARMA
