    1. Be honest with your employer.
    2. Maintain temporal boundaries.
    3. Maintain physical and social boundaries.
    4. Focus on your most important work.

Setting boundaries with family is one of the first steps to getting work done.

I'm sure the burnout will be severe once taxes are increased, economic growth is dead, and Canadians looking for work are replaced by foreign low wage workers

Another idea, i do is set my schedule for the day. At 11am when I normally have my meeting I switch from my office area and move to the patio using my laptop. (If you can go to a different area of your home)Set my time to take my break, go outside water plants, load of laundry. Help child with assignment, etc. End of work day, close the laptop and plan a walk or do something with your child.

I lost my job. I am working harder now to get ready to get back to work. I work around the clock for free. I can’t wait to get back to real work so that I can’ relax. You don’t know what’s going on with many people. I am completely jealous of those outside having fun, spending time with family, exploring hobbies. I could only wish that I could be in that position.

    No .. you can manage
    Because you have to.
We are not a helpless race.. dont let the media fool you.
Just manage tough times are part of life.
    Temporary.
Unless you are a millenial then you should call your parents to help you...lol.
