Excellent overview of how the Maoist movement came to get a toe hold in the backward areas of Central India. Will definitely be buying the book. Thx.

    Excellent coverage.
    Kudos.
Situation, as compared to 2011, has improved great deal. Maoists are on the retreat and their area of influence and operation has decreased massively.

Congress was a left leaning party and hence soft peddled the problem

Government should be ruthless towards urban Naxals they lead to death of thousands of our beloved soldiers

Death of thousands of your beloved soldiers did not take place even in Kargil. Not even one thousand, dear.
      Don’t be ridiculous.
Stupid government policies, bad training and useless weapons cause death of soldiers. .
Another reason is that there has always been deficient of 1 lakh soldiers and 10000 officers. That results in too few fighting - and TOO MANY just yapping.
Please join the army and help reduce death of ‘your beloveds..’

The interviewer should look at the camera, not at the screen. For a viewer it seems odd that the interviewer is looking elsewhere while the guest is speaking. Most of us commit this error.

Is it a mere reprint or has the author offered comments with regards to the subsequent development?

There could be so ineresting story he would reveal for example how police crack down on , what kind of challenges they faced . what kind of cover operation IB has done . but show become a boring story telling because anchor dont know anything about this topic

Present system in INDIAN is far better then any other in the world.
But we have to change few things.
More representation for ST SC OBC, Rule of law, decentralisation, free capitalist system but health, education should be under state, also we should not allow oligarchy system in INDIA (adani is supported by govt over others)

are others really willing to come up, there is literally no private investment by public atlest people like adani or tata making the move or we stifle them, that others are not investing
