I have the lite tackle and the moken 12.5. The lite tackle does feel lighter on the water. For fishing though I prefer the moken if there is any wind. The moken just seems a little more locked down. The wind seems to catch the lite tackle.

Observe the paddle in his hands. It's pulling to the right because his hand is so far down on the paddle the right pull is getting more arem strength in the pull.
It's a good boat. Used mine for a year before upgrading to a native slayer. For $200 you can add the foot controlled rudder than that is a game changer. Then you could add a Bixpy or Texas Power Paddle motor to the rudder.

"Island Hopper Outboards" specializes in side transom mounts for almost every kayak, especially for all the feel free model's. But no PDL drive. That's the only reason why I didn't purchase it. I feel better having my pedals, incase I have an engine issue. But that Suzu 2.5 is amazing..🤟😜🙏🎣 Be safe bro..
Alex please make a video on the perception outlaw 11.5 with a trolling motor i just finished building my mount and pretty excited about it made it out of cutting board so its super light.
Consider yourself lucky if I put you in my Old Town topwater that is not a pedal drive and you don't put the rotor down you go 4 strokes or so you can count to 5 and mine will spin out
