This is a land gotten directly from the government with completed title. It doesn't always come cheap. Beachwood has been there for years, and it's just an average estate. Marbella on the other hand is a mix used estate. It's a proposed work, live and play estate. The Infrastructure development is also estimated in current cost of building materials. We want genuine title lands, unfortunately it no longer comes cheap.
