Not every position. The offense was stacked but as an LSU fan, I can admit that the running game got a big assist by the passing game demanding so much extra attention. Auburn was the only team with the game plan and D-Line to slow the LSU offense down. They dropped 7-8 guys into coverage and bottled up the run without extra defenders. The defense had some big names but was not stacked. The D Line was good but not dominant, the secondary was mostly loaded, the linebacker room was good but left a little to be desired outside of Queen once Divinity left. There was a lot of inconsistent play on defense throughout the season, but they rounded into form in the postseason.

Joe Burrow, we play his high school team the Athens Bulldogs. They use to be a dominant powerhouse but have since fallen off. Except for when Joe Burrow came through. They waxed everybody, and went to the schools first State Championship against a catholic private school, and took them to the last play. It was a game that was decided by one play. If you have a chance to find and watch that game, its another highlight in his young football career.

Watson and Clemson in the Championship game tho. I think every starter on that defense went to start in the NFL except Tim Williams. He got some playing time but wasn't starting. That was my 2nd fav defense to have ever watched in my lifetime. 2nd to the Steelers defense that won SB 43.

I don't watch college football, but know how I know this is true. I watch the off-season of the NFL very closely and had never heard such hype from so many players from two teams. The number of 1st round grades for current and future (then) dished out was crazy and it looks like it panned out.
The teams these guys went to were nothing on offense or defense until they arrived. They really were ELITE
LSU had so many more good players on defense that didn’t get get mentioned. Grant Delpit, Kristian Fulton, Jacoby Stevens
And, not to mention, but Tua was played this game while injured and it was still an entertaining game

This game was loaded with future NFL players. But let's talk about the 2016 Alabama defense, I think they had like 16 non offensive TDs that year. They went on to lose 35 to 31 to D. Watson and Clemson in the Championship game tho. I think every starter on that defense went to start in the NFL except Tim Williams. He got some playing time but wasn't starting. That was my 2nd fav defense to have ever watched in my lifetime. 2nd to the Steelers defense that won SB 43.
