He’s so quick out the dig route, craziest part is he’s lining up against the other teams best corner almost every play.
not just their best corner.. but their safeties too
He must have the strongest and most flexible ankles ever because I love that he’s never been the fastest guy, never been had the quickest feet and was overlooked being skinny yet he has AMAZING footwork where just a little resetting of his foot, not even a step just repositioning of it, creates such amazing angles he bursts out of. Super unique in that sense.

Watching Jefferson bully the defender at 4:41 is just another level of special; after watching him fly through the field for 4 1/2 minutes looking like a skinny aerodynamic flytrap you get the sense that he isn’t the most physical receiver… and then he does that 🤯

Not really… Cousins is a 50/50 player. Remember the Eagles game? Cousins made Jefferson look worse and everybody got the impression that Jefferson got locked up. Kirk has to be better next year so JJettas can get 2K receiving yards.
Kirks accuracy is one of the best in the league, but in some games Kirk throws a lot of questionable balls or sometimes his accuracy just disappears

there are numerous passes that were a second late which forced him to slow down and allowed the DB to catch up. lots of good passes in this highlight reel, but lets not pretend every single pass was perfect

Justin Jefferson was great guy to beat those matchups cornerbacks plus he had awesomeness plays with the one handed catch against the Buffalo Bills.

Make no mistake. This is not _just_ about physical abilities. So much of this success comes from hitting the film room, talking to your teammates and accepting criticism. Not to knock his physical element, he's like a flying dart that can change directions on the fly with good hands.

As someone new to NFL, I see a lot of people call JJ as the no1 WR. That might be true, I don’t know. But Davante Adams definitely looks like he runs the better routes. Just my opinion as a casual fan.
Imo, it’s going to be Justin Jefferson vs Tyreek Hill for a while longer. I do believe Marvin Harrison will be a force to be reckoned with. But judging Jefferson style, work ethic and his mentality - we could potentially be looking at a Jerry Rice approach to a career. NOT THE STATS but his approach on and off the fields.
