Card #4 in my accidental 4 card series!

Here is card # 4 in my accidental 4-part card series using up 2-6 x 6 pieces of patterned paper. In this card I had only a few scraps left which was perfect for a banner border card. I do love how the embossing folder adds a little texture and the Lagoon ink sets off the "hello" sentiment.
Unless stated otherwise, all products used were from Close To My Heart which has closed its doors. I am including a general list to give you an idea of what I used to make this card.
Card base: 4.25 x 5.50
Black cardstock: 4 x 5.25, .25 x 3.75, scrap for hearts
White cardstock: 3.75 x 5
