As a Practicing Chartered Accountant , I personally felt bad when Bindra ji compared Big 4 auditors with other firms . I put my best in all my audits and issue an Independent Report.

I am not in favour of anybody, but sir I just have a doubt as a student that nothing can be 100% right but when it comes on the name of big 4 it is implied that there is high degree of assurance that the all the standard of auditing has been followed correctly and standard quality has been maintained and this can't be implied if the audit has been conducted by any small firm.

And might be I am wrong but by talking with some of my friend pursuing audit from small firm , they says that they don't have any such Sop to control the quality and standard on auditing. And I sincerely respect each and every people in our faternity whether they are from small , medium or large firm. I just raise my question because I felt that really small firm compromises on their quality of auditing

Aab Aisa toh bilkul ni hai ki inherent limitation ke wajah se audit hi ni hota. But ek audit hota hai ki Jo saare SA and AS ke compliance ke saath hota and ek uhi mera point bas waha pe tha. And I think yeh thoda argument manner mei jah raha isliye mai aage chup hi rehna sahi samjhunga qki log Aisa soch rahe hai ki mai sir ke khilaf bol Raha hu but I am not. Aajkal Small and mid-sized firms bhi kisi Big4 se kam nhi hain. Interview mein ragad ke questions puchhte rehte hain chahe woh Audit ho, AS ho, Income Tax ho, GST ho, Customs ho, ya phir Corporate Law ho. Competition naam ka bhi koi cheez hoti hain sir. Other CA firms andha nhi hain ki woh log Big4 se compete karna hi bhul jayega. Aur yhi beauty hain practice ki duniya ka. Dil se respect sir. ❤
