Thank you! I have yet to do the class but I'm so flabbergasted with the the beauty you have created and shared in this video and with the entire Namaste Yoga series. The cinematography today... Melissa's laughter in the long grass... thank you for all the beauty and healing- growth - love! you have brought to the world with this and these videos. love -michel
Dearest Michel, Great to hear from you our yoga TH-cam friend! :) Thank you so much for your kind comments about this video. Tim's videography skills continue to improve and improve. We are so blessed with our new chosen home being a gorgeous backdrop to film. It is my greatest joy, privilege and honor to be able to share the teachings of yoga through this venue and thanks to you for allowing us to reach an even wider audience. Much love to you from beautiful British Columbia Michel. xo Melissa
Thank you Melissa. I am in the process to open a yoga class from my home to elderly people in my neighborhood. I would like to get some advise from you.
Love this Melissa! Just what I needed. I ended up doing it in two parts due to last night being baby's night to need me 15 minutes in. That worked out just fine and I was able to be present with her thanks to your guidance for being mindful. :)
Thank you Melisssa, I am reading The Yoga Sutras and this class helped me to understand more what I'm reading, It is a complex thing to disipate the illusion of pleasure in my case is my sugar addiction, you have done such a good job with these series as always, I am very grateful.
I love this! I love wearing the eye pillow! Does anyone have difficulty feeling your pulse the full three minutes? I lose it, but I didn't judge myself and kindly continued sat nam as I thought my heart was beating. The feeling of my pulse in my fingertips kept coming and going. I have never found such ease in my body before! Beautiful to let go of restlessness and reactions.
Hi Shauna, I think that there are many variations on the names of poses depending on instructors and even geographical region. I have heard this before as well. I usually call it dead bug when we start shaking our arms and legs. :) Namaste, Melissa
One of the best flows I have EVER experienced! Thank you
wow, thank you Sherry :)

My yoga instructor calls happy baby pose 'dead bug pose' . Have you heard this before?
