As a “trick” to get us to eat healthier, my mom used to chop broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots into tiny bits and sprinkle them under the cheese in our homemade pizzas. As a result i absolutely love that veggie medley as a pizza topping. I will say though that i’ve never actually seen them on a restaurant menu..
🥦 is pretty common on restaurants’ veggie pizza option. And I think there are carrots on one of mellow mushrooms pies. Not seen much cauliflower though
