Gray, dismal, not continuous rain though.... Must be Summer in Scotland!! 😁Ah... memories of tent camping holidays... Good days indeed. Great bunch o' lads you have there Andy!! ☺
I can't believe it either...its the fricken Ardvorlich...most stone lifters are happy to get the wind under it, and if they lap, it are ecstatic. Still less than 20 lifters have had it to chest. It's very surreal to have the shoulder lift almost dialled in. I still will never go and lift it without full respect for the stone and never assume it's guaranteed to go to the shoulder, but still, it's feeling great. I'm very proud to say I'm the first person in history to shoulder it multiple times, going for my 5th shoulder this summer, then I promise I'll stop for a while! The poor stone will be sick of the sight of me! 🤣🏴🪨🙌
@crawfordov24 hahah man I'm looking forward to the 5th and any number of times more! I believe it too, world class strength! It's great seeing the other stone lifters impressed by the lifts too, definitely not something anyone will see often!
Lifting weights is difficult enough. Now appreciate the art of lifting gargantuan, rough, irregular, slippery massive organically shaped stones onto one side of your body, onto one shoulder. And still have the capacity to smile and give a thumbs up! This is so impressive.

I think their should be a Crawford 🪨 stone. It's well earned already
There is/was and I have been researching it! Hoping to go and see if it's at the farm it was supposed to be moved to in the 1950s, soon 🤞🤞🪨🏴
