George I like your analysis on this matter. Enenche simply does not want to accept what Abel said. Abel on the other hand is given us more proves to show how very close or how depth he knows enenche, wife and church. Abel damina must have given his advice then enenche went to God for confirmation. There's no need calling each other names. In Igbo we do apprenticeship with our Oga, that doesn't mean that the boys can't outgrow their masters, but they still respect their masters. I rest my case.

Imagine as a student in 200L, a friend in 300L gave you his handout to read for your exam. Then you read and passed in flying colours. Later in life, he started saying if not for him, you would have failed the exam or not graduate from the university. Is this entirely truly? Thats what Damina is trying to do. Saying that he gave direction to Eneche is what is paining Eneche. For a man who has been serving God for years even from Campus. The glory is to God, Damina is just trying to take advantage of past association. Imagine a father who could not pay his son school fees, later in years came out to say if not for him, the child wont be a graduate. It is easier to believe the father, but the son feels pain after doing odd jobs to sponsor himself, the father wants to take the glory

I guess you guys do not really understand what we are dealing with here. We are dealing with the scripture that has a closure. Not i saw, i saw. I’m sorry it’s the spirit of Mormon and the sister, pride. We haven’t been doing the Lord’s work, have we? We’ve built big houses, developed a system of extracting money from members under various guises for vanity projects. That’s why a Pastor thinks, along with Nigerian politicians that big buildings and many members, more loyal to him than Christ, are the achievements dat make him better than another person. As if all the words of Jesus across scripture isn’t for them. Why no one in that entire congregation didn’t call him out with scriptures is d saddest thing though. Twisting scriptures to suit their pride is cardinal sin against the word of God.

Those who love God n know how He moves will know that even if Abel Damina is not perfect in the way he perches, and sometimes he preaches heresy, we can still see God moving in the midst of all these faults Abel Damina has brought out.
To be very fair, many ministers have been saying all these Abel Damina is saying now, but in a low key.
Abel Damina is like an extended voice of so many ministers, church workers n members alike.
There are many people today you see smoking n drinking today, if they tell you their foundation you will be surprised. But because they served so closed to a pastor and witness first hand of some character n behavior, they quite n went the opposite direction.
So this is an eye opener.

GEORGE - I think both Paul and Damina may be correct thus:
    (1) Ministry Direction: Maybe after Paul met Damina and Damina told him to go to Abuja Paul then went into prayer and God confirmed the direction to him and his wife. Maybe also, God had already told Paul where to go and then when he went to Damina God confirmed it again through Damina to seal the assurance.
    (2) Marriage: Maybe after God had revealed to Paul whom to marry, the wife's family kicked against it (a little) and Damina and others stepped into the matter and convinced the wife's family to approve the marriage plan.
FOR ME, THIS IS MY UNBIASED ANALYSIS.
It seems to me that Paul doesn't want to recognise that God used Damina in some ways to help him.

The same thing Damina was teaching his church about that led him to refer to the success and great exploits of Enenche in Abuja to the glory of God, the dignity of divine direction. What was so terrible about that. He was not bashing Enenche or claiming glory for his success. Nigerian Men of God should be calming down. About his marriage Damina said he only spoke to his wife's mum to accept the marriage, maybe they were resisting the marriage which is normal. Except they have been having their issues which they refused to work on which they are now using this opportunity to handle if it is what Damina first said i dont see any malice on Abel's part in this particular topic.
