We been living in East Village for 7 years now, it keeps getting worse and more crowded and more zombies and crack heads on the street. Its central, my clients are in the financial district so its close but it can be depressing living here.

Should walk all of 17th street, the last of the little homes and random stuff like that is supper cool. Honestly anything park 11th is sketchy

My wife and I moved to San Diego 4 years ago. Bought a condo in Normal Heights but are selling and moving to the east village very soon. Your videos have been very informative and helpful. Thank you!

Nice! Just make sure to land in the right spot in East Village. As you probably already know, EV can be very different in certain parts compared to others Thanks for watching 🙏

@@wesleyguest looking at 525 11th street. Building called Park boulevard west. Good opportunity. Hopefully we’ll get it. Thank you for the feedback. I’ll keep you posted! And please feel free to mention anything about that specific block.

I owed a condo on 15th and Market. I miss all my old spots. But just couldn't take all the homeless people there. It was unsafe and disgusting.

Sounds like the Element building? That is a brutal part of EV to live. I couldn’t live there either. I briefly thought it would be a good idea to lease a storage unit at the PS next to Element. I quickly canceled my storage lease there when I realized there are people living in their units during the day (they appeared to leave at night when it closed but who knows).

@@wesleyguest Yep, it was the Element Building. I was on the top floor w/ a beautiful view of the mountains. But it got to the point where I was getting PTSD from living there. I had to get out of that situation for my own sanity. Quick story- I was at Amplified one night w/ a friend and a homeless lady threw a glass bottle up into the bar area. Missed my head by a couple inches. It was numerous things like that that made me HATE the people all the street, and I am a pretty empathetic person. Being in it everyday changed the way I felt. Glad I left. May come back one day but I'm not going on the other side of Park...

Just the morning? I would say it can smell like that (especially certain parts of EV) any time of the day. Especially during warmer weather.

Nah... it it everyday all day. Piss and feces all mixed together.

The city power washes the sidewalks almost everyday and it goes nothing. The stench is ingrained in the pavement.
