    32:03 the subtitles say phenology whilst it's really phonology that he said I think.

    Good introduction to the topic. As an aside, I've known exactly one Inuit person in my life, but she called herself an Eskimo and told me she had never met one of her people who minded the name Eskimo. Wonder if it might be nothing more than a Western academic affectation to make it perjorative.
