I'm on a FTP account now, but played a couple years ago. This is the first time I've ever understood how to speed tune in Arena in terms of "linking" your champs. Awesome video!
@@ColredPlaysRSL it doesn't have much damage, as an f2p i really am not playing for that long n very recently have been able to get champs. So anything with a lot of healing or multiple revivers I don't do. My team: deliana, udk pythion n uugo
@KozyKoti That's multiple revivers. I mean, Uugo's is conditional, but it's still 2 revivers. Sounds like a good team, too. UDK protects everyone, pythion cleases and heals, Uugo and Deliana debuff the enemy, and Deliana lays the smack down. Good stuff!
@@ColredPlaysRSL its a very tanky team, recently got marichka, now switched uugo with her, as I'm using her I'm finding out how good she is, anyone putting bomb/poison boon protection. N if she dies everyone comes back n then pythion brings her back.
I feel like I've been able to get to Gold V with a pretty weak 'go second' team, just slapping decent choices that I use for other content, and gaming the system. But, it's not enough to get me deep enough into silver tag team, which is why I'm here - basically hoping to get enough hints to put together a set of teams to make the push for gold (for missions) there. Definitely like the description of tuning for arena. I didn't realize what went into it at all.
@calandale The 3v3 arena struggle is real. I still haven't gotten to Gold myself. I know the solution; it's just a headache: build 3-4 arena specific teams. But dedicating 10-20 champions just to arena feels like an awful lot of resources for a relatively small return. I'll do it at some point to get Romantu, but I'm not there yet.
Yeah. I got to Gold 5 without much in standard, but each of my 3x3 teams is weaker, and I pretty much coast on picking on clearly weaker teams in each case. But, your explanation of what speed tuning really means should help a lot. I didn't realize what was needed at all until your vid. You really put out great stuff for getting the key concepts down. They're going to go beyond Romantu, I think, for the new mythic. And live....I'm lucky I'm holding 50% there
since changing to the team using this video's info from Colred, I am 14 wins and 0 loses in last 10 hours. I used a go-2nd team with executioner as lead, vogoth as healer, 2nd executioner for more damage, more stun, and more counterattack, and a monkey king for buff blocking and damge. I went from Silver 1 to Silver 3 in one day. BTW and also...I did all my battles on Auto x2, i did ZERO manual fights. Stats: I have only 75k power on my team, and i was fighting teams that had 50k to 90k in power. Yes, some were more powerful than me.
@atlanteean The power level you see in silver is more due to your player power than your arena rank. Once you get into gold, you are simply matched up based on wins. If you are stuck in silver, try doing a major gear cleanse. Then stick your unused legendaries and epics in your reserve vault. That will lower your player power and you should see easier teams. Lmk if that helps!
I wish Plarium had a service whereby we could submit multiple accounts to be merged for a fee. I have Maneater, Sinesha, Skullcrown, Vrask, etc on the Sun account - all the makings of blenders and unkillable, while main has Demytha etc for block damage etc. I would merge my 6 star awakening Kael into my main account Kael that was first. We could designate which duplicate to keep. I think it would be fair to have the terms set that all gear would be removed/lost from the accounts being merged to the designated main.
@ITPalGame That's a nice thought - and one most altaholics have probably had at some point. I mean, it will NEVER happen, but man, it would be great if it did! I have Bad-El, Septimus, Michinaki, Corvis, and most importantly GEOMANCER and my other accounts.
@elmertoboso9816 Make sure you're utilizing all the tokens you get for free - 39 a day plus any rewards you get from other sources. That will be more than enough to keep you climbing until your team hits its competitive ceiling.
except lead position do other position matter ? like i can put any champion in 2 or 3 or 4 position , or there is any thing like nukers in 4th position .
@jyotiprakashnanda5653 Good question! Team order does matter for things like ally attack and seeker's passive ability. But it doesn't affect a speed tune, unless 2 champions are at the EXACT same speed. Then the champ in the earlier team order would go first.
@elmertoboso9816 That's a decent composition, but new F2Ps aren't getting Artak anymore. Plus with no TM fill, your team can get cut in. If you swap D. Armstrong in for Warmaiden (if you took him with your promo code), you get TM fill in addition to drop DEF. If you then place an Inc. ATK champ in the Artak spot, you've got everything you need to climb to gold.
I think Wukong is a great damage dealer for a go second team. Sure he is squishy but it is not a problem if he dies and he steals all buffs the enemy team might have put up.
@thepib4195 That a great point! It's usually good to have one damage dealer in a go 2nd team, and one that can steal buffs brings extra utility as well. Thanks for the comment!
i am sure that this video will tell me i was doing it wrong. i am arena silver4,5, sometimes gold 1. i will try to build a go 2nd team with executioner as the defense lead. i will try to use heiress or spirithost, bring monkey king, and also djarmasa or a 2nd executioner or vogoth. edit: i am having good lick in silver 3 with the following build: lead-executioner. others-monkey king, vogoth, and 2nd executioner. fights are on auto, and the fight lasts only 2 or 3 rounds tops. monkey king dies, but revives himself, vogoth dies after 2 rounds, but he has already topped off both my executioners. executioner x2: aoe and counterattacks kill off enemy on auto. all my winds were against speed tuned teams...and they were 10-20k more power than me.

@bonscottt Glad I could help! Once you've got the basics down, speed tuning in the arena can be an incredibly powerful tool. Thanks for the comment!
I broke out of Silver 4 recently and now I'm in Gold 5. I didn't expect that, but I'm certainly enjoying it!
Gives your great hall a huge boost!
Awesome video guide, like how you explained everything so clear and easy to understand 😎👍
@ekron4785 Glad you found it helpful! Thanks for the encouraging comment! 🫡
Can’t wait to see some new peeps in gold 5 from these tips!
@nok_l_head9320 I hope so - I also hope Plarium expands the arena brackets again. We need those Great Halls growing!
Ok this is like a very good lesson for me as a f2p!!! Currently according to this i use go 2nd team as that is what I've built best
@KozyKoti Go 2nd teams can be very powerful! How's yours working out for you so far? Who's in your squad?

Very nice explanation on how to build teams

@@ColredPlaysRSL So if I've geared up faction wars only champs that's going to hurt me in Arena? Man what a dumb mechanic Plarium!
@bonscottt Yeah, the arena system could really use a complete overhaul, but I doubt it will ever happen unfortunately.

the problem is when you run out of arena coins to progress.

@tonywalthall That's the power of a go 2nd team. The speed tuned go-first team is still at a disadvantage because it can't nuke you out.
