    I would be a dead man halfway through these drills. Cardiovascular beast and a great trainer. Great video!

    Great drills. I have always told my High School and Junior Team Players to practice the way they want to play. Every shot should have an intended purpose, pace and placement towards a point winning strategy. Your training videos always provide a world class example of how to train and coach.

    For some reason his forehand looks “wild” to me.
    Is he over rotating, opening up to early or a little stiff in his upper body?
    I can’t identify what is giving me this impression.

      It’s because it looks like the left arm is swinging freely

      If he tucks it it will look more refined, but at the same time he may be rotating too early
