    Love your videos...keep them coming.
    Just checking though, the video title is 4 drills for intermediate players but your opening audio intro is 5 drills for advanced players?

    Once again awesome content. I would like to see a video regarding efficient movement on the court. No one likes to waste energy ;)

    • @RacquetFlex
      @RacquetFlex  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Chris! We'll definitely be making more videos on footwork and efficient movement. One of the biggest causes of injury is when players move too heavy or can't land properly.

      @@RacquetFlex great but please don't wait to long ;) A video every two weeks would be great.

    AWESOME CONTENT AMAZING! Just wondering do you guys use a 1 hand or 2 hand backhand for matches? You guys seem to change a lot.

      Thanks Maxwell! We actually switched to the 2 hander about half a year ago, but still demonstrate the 1 hander for instruction purposes.

    when did both of you switch to 2HBH? Looks very good. (my 2hbh is decent, but needs more topspin for safety)

    hey i have a quick question: in drill #3, why are the slices going higher than the topspin shots? isn't the slices supposed to be low and topspin shots going high? Or is it a defensive method?

    • @eagaming5934
      @eagaming5934 ปีที่แล้ว

      Slice bounces a lot less than topspin. the height over the net is obsolete because the topspin will still bounce 3-4 feet while the slice will likely bounce around 2 feet

  • @allboutthemojo

    Where did you set the camera? What height , angle etc? Interested because I've never had good success capturing the whole court like that with my phone mounted on a spider tripod set at court level pointing slightly up

    • @RacquetFlex
      @RacquetFlex  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We've been experimenting with different camera angles - but you're definitely right. We are using a DSLR camera with limited zoom - so we'll probably switch to something that gives a better view of the court.

      @@RacquetFlex thanks. Please show a shot of the camera mount the next time if you can. I'm sure others would be interested as well.
