This thing is super impressive and your work looks great. But dude, replace the plexiglass on the top. With how cool this thing is, you should spend the 70 bucks so it doesn't look all beat up...maybe it's the light but man I think it would be worth the $70...

I'd go with smoked glass instead of plexi. Heavier and more expensive, but it looks nice and won't scratch up like that.

It's the light that makes it look worse that it actually appears. I don't even notice the scratches while I'm playing it and that's primarily the reason I haven't bought a replacement. If it really bothered me, I would have the replacement already.

I could get a glass replacement as well, but I think the price they were asking was around $200. And it's not like the thing is in perfect condition at the moment, so I can do without that.

Hey, we was talking before about how I installed PEDALS ont he floor, to use as the SHAKE Pinball buttons. now since then I have actually played by using the pedals to SHAKE, and I ove it! I don't have muscle memory yet of like how yours is, you have buttons right there ready to press, but my X arcade has no other buttons within reach when using the side pinball buttons. loving it and feels totally natural! Now I am finally playing in a way that feels so more real. PLaying with X arcade side pin buttons was all cool and all , but not baing able to reach other buttons to shake, is just not realy playing, at the total mercy of luck..

That yellow T-molding really pops. Looks nice.
The screws on the side of the control panel are no big deal. If they ever start to bother you, replace the drywall screws with some fancier looking painted screw.
    Hey, I like the flip-top.

The screws don't really bother me at all, which is why I used them the way I did. I think I was mentioning it because the screws were originally screwed in from the inside so you didn't see them.
