Probably a couple of reasons. They're putting more time and resources into the other naruto games. The big one in my opinion is they couldn't use boruto characters. That's a lot of content that couldn't be used.

The thing is that there wasn't enough content for the Tokyo Ghoul game to survive and also the fact that it ended unlike the DB franchise which is still going strong after all these years, because of that, the DB gacha games always have something hype to add so its not really fair compare them to other gacha games.
