I love the design and layout, it is so on-brand. It combines the feel of older generation with the awesome digital artwork and and give it a modern crisp look. Even the books can take an example on this.
Just played the first scenario on TTS. It was a lot of fun. Gloomhaven mixed with Arabian Nights and a VtM storyline. I hope a full digital version becomes available either on TTS or standalone, just because my friends are on the other side of the Atlantic from me.
That's something we'd love to do. Once the game is delivered, we will work around this idea.

I just played the three “tutorials” on TTS and I was blown away, especially by the writing, art design, and overall quantity of time given to the game. It really feels like a really awesome and fresh story telking game for people maybe not that familiar with the World of Darkness while still giving fans of it already a love letter. Really great job, and looking forward to playing it live!

I am not sure how I missed this game. I would of picked it up in a heartbeat. Any news on if you will have a follow up kickstarter for a reprint? I feel like this didn't get enough press... this looks fantastic. Is there a way to still get this? I signed up for the newsletter and sent you guys an email :P

The solo aspect of the campaign is pretty simple. Everything is structured around a « coterie » series of event. During your solo play, you can add up « Allies » to your scenarios. They will confer bonus and help you in combat situation. You won’t have to control them, simply follow the instructions the same way NPC does.
@@flyosgames This is the solitaire version where you just play one character?
You could still play it solo, controlling more than one character, like other co-op games, right?
@@leestone6349 You can play both ways. Either controlling several « characters » with their boards and sheets. Or, control only the one of your choice and get assistance with Allies. Both ways works fine.

This is looking really good and a lot fancier than I expected! What was the reason to use 'damage' instead of 'health' for the characters? Feels like a weird choice for me. Really loving the art of the game!
The answer is simple. Vampires are dead entities and have no "health". They suffer damages they can mend.

Good question. Of course! We'll have 4 of each character in the game box + a printable PDF on our website.

Can you fail a scenario / die ? Or failure = start the same scenario over again?
It depends on the scenario. Some failed scenarios have to be played again. Other consider the failure a narrative avenue.
Looks amazing. @flyos how replayable is it going to be I wonder? I have lots of friends who would want to play and thinking could maybe run through several times with different players and characters. Would you get a different experience each time? Does knowing the plot ruin it for the next run through and all those kinds of questions. Cheers 👍
Hi Phil. Because of the branching system and your preferred approaches, your next games can be very different. Yes, the core plot will be revealed, but it is as good as watching a beloved movie several times. You will find clues and details all around the campaign and artworks. Our guess is that the second run will be probably even better.

@@andreasell1830 A reasonable number of things changed between this and release. This could be misleading.
This is not that far from how the TRPG is played. But because this is a board game, they had to changed some rules. The rule changes are ok though to fit the compact rules/mechanic nature of board games and make it easier to make people understand the rules. I just wonder how humanity works in it though? Most games outside the TRPG make it so you just have some penalty only, but in the TRPG, you suffer wassel and become a Wight. Honestly, I hope this part of the V:TM lore gets some love outside the TRPGs. I guess the other question I would ask is if a custom scenario can be made for this game by the players? At some point you will run out of scenarios and need to make new ones, or wait for the developer to make more and ship it as a expansion.
The Humanity tracker does affect the hunger level at the beginning of each scenario but also has consequences on some dialogues. Certain NPC will react badly to low Humanity level characters, forcing the coterie to find alternative paths to compete their scenario. While it’s not a major element of the gameplay, it is present and affect the overall experience.
@@flyosgames This game is coming out with a lot of scenarios and that's great! But do you know how the limited scenarios will be dealt with? Would it be made so players can make there own scenarios, and or, future scenarios will be shipped out?
@@AustinKiefer Players can definitely use the game materiel to tell their own story. For the moment, we don’t offer the tools to craft your own scenarios, but this is something we envision for the future. Now, we focus on making a great game.

It will be available to everyone for a limited time. After, we’ll close the list so we can launch the first steps of mass production.
