I was so happy to find this video! I went to the vegan life festival in 2017 and we had so much fun! Also, there are so many vegan options around Greece as long as you know what to ask for (like she said, no eggs, no dairy, nistisimo). Lots of places around Plaka (around the Acropolis) even have "vegan" signs on their food. I've been vegan since 2000 and 2017 was my first time visiting my family in Greece, we had SO MUCH to eat and it was all delicious!
If you're visiting Acropolis, check out Ice Queen Gelato near the museum, you can get vegan gelato and waffles!!
Sorry, I get excited talking about Greece. lol

Back in the 90s Eden Restaurant in the Plaka was the only refuge for a good meal in Athens. It was fantastic! Through the years they moved and then eventually disappeared. Sad. I am so happy to see this Happy Cow video! Wonderful news.

Hello! Thank you for watching the videos. I produced this video where the imagery was paced more slowly, but I asked a couple of people, and they felt the video was paced too slowly. I then sped up the edits. I did not slow the pace down as much as they wanted but compromised somewhere in between.
