• Rava is better than Maida with better nutritional values & dietary fiber
• Rava is coarse and does not undergo the fine powdering and "bleaching" like Maida

But in syrup if I don't have saffron strands can I use only lemon juice only in sugar syrup
Saffron is added to get colour & aroma! You can skip it (or) use food color.. Thank u 😊
