Hugging the wall is objectively a terrible idea because you can only move one direction. The optimal strategy is to hug the middle as best you can so you are able to avoid in either direction.

Stalling out is the engine shutting completely off. You're just losing power. Not Stalling out. Like when starting in a stick shift. Clutch in. Shifter to first. Release clutch. [STALL].
Now if you add a little gas pedal. And slowly release clutch. Boom no stall. Now obviously you can be really good and do all this quick. But when learning. Tis how it much be done
