Dubai is so extremely pointless; even for the fact that you can show off with wearing whatever watch or driving whatever car, that actually ruins the entire thing in the first place. If you drive around in a super car there, or walk around with a 200K USD watch, nobody even cares lol. You might as well wear a copy there and nobody still knowns.
Then the second reason is apparently that most people who claim to be rich, know of nothing else but the social media hyped Dubai, to be a good place for taxes. This while there are many of better and alternative options. It always tells me that those people aren't really that rich or clever, if it comes to finance, at least.
I mean I rather pay 10% in Bulgaria in that case, than having to waste half of each year in Dubai lol. Or just live in 3 countries for 3 parts of the year.
