Maybe you could do project level up only with the palettes you have left? You’re panning so many eyeshadows that it might make it easier/more productive to shorten the number of palettes you are working on per month.
Some comments they were saying that you shouldn't count gifts as points but i think they absolutely they should as at the end of the day there will be 10 more eyeshadows in your collection, BUT at the same time declutters should also count for the same logic, if you want to feel like its not a copout use it to only compensate for those gifts, so that you have a bit more leeway. I also liked those videos you had i think last year where u were comparing eyeshadows to see how similar they were, and after this year of trying to get to know all your palettes maybe you have a new take.

I really think it would be fine if gifts didn't count towards your beauty bank. You're not spending any money on them!
