@johnmajka5404 It has two cameras, the first 1× and the second 3× zoom camera, the second camera does 9× digital zoom. The change from 1× to 3× is done from the application screen, at 9× it only takes videos, not photos. To change from 1× to 3×, stop the video.

How are you using the 9x digital Zoom while filming?? I can only use the 9x digital Zoom for photo's.
While you are at 3x optical zoom you can go to 9x digital zoom, digital zoom is for video only not photos!
