@@alicegonzales2406 it's always good to know your limits! There is a short cave that we did nearby called vanalden cave. Much easier. We have a video for that one too 😁

How long does this take just to the cave,and then up to castle rock and back down
The whole hike will probably take you 1.5 - 2 hours.
