Poetry in motion The skill you display from free-hand layout to freehand bench navigation, is that of a true craftsman! The absence of shop fixtures, when tooling radial cuts/layouts multiple times in corresponding parts, requires "machine" precision. From one Carpenter to another Carpenter....You sir, are greater than the machine🙏🏾
I went ISAT ( Iloilo School of Arts and Trade) in the Philippines. At age 11-12 yo they taught us metal work and arts like this guy. Too bad I pursue a career in medical fields. Now I forgot what they taught us but teachers were really good. I still have my wall decor made of metals.
Il b making similar to ur design but there will b slightly different by using hydraulic jack. The universal dies set u made is very unique idea. Been thinking of making d bender quite awhile but materials costly expensive. Keep sharing all d bright ideas and hopefully u have good buyers out there can benefit those heavy duty tools u have created.
Great video. I do tons of square tube bending. Not sure the bearings you have chosen are doing anything on the outside edge. But from maybe where you are located geographically that’s what you came up with. Bad ass vid and I sure wish I had your toughness everyday. Maybe I wouldn’t be a fat ass if I took the working route like yourself. Thanks for the share brother.
Lakihan mo yung shaft and gawan mo ng provision for hydraulic press.
Great job!... You just need a longer handler!!! ; ) If you want to reduce the collapse of the tube yo can pack with sand and plug the ends or use a spring... It will be harder to bend though!!
Good on wearing goggles, Bad on not wearing gloves, is not about being tough, is about taking care of your limb. It's all about discipline. Accidents happen all the time, do not become a statistic!
Heads up, we don’t usually use gloves at the drill press or bandsaw. Same reason we keep beards and hair away. Gloves are known to get caught in machines and pull your hand in. I prefer a small cut over a mangled limb! But yes any other time, wear gloves!!
Plus he should have clamped his workpiece to the press table so it doesn’t catch and spin. Although that drill press probably cries for mercy and stalls rather than crushing your wrist with a 1/4” thick steel death frisbee..
I did enjoy the build of the bender, fill the base with concrete and it should help.... My question is what is the electrode size and type ... You ran some very nice beads with a ease of start.... Machine sstting as well... thanks Roger

Yes we will be pulling some tendons with this type of bending... Why not use hydraulic jack so that it will be safe and elderly operator can enjoy as well
@@offroader22 not the drill press shown, i have a few that size people sell them around here for 10-20$ they have no torque at all, like 1/4 of the torque of a wall powered or even 18v cordless drill, its because they use an inductive motor instead of a universal style motor the kind shown use more so for wood maybe the occasional small hole in steel 3/8" and under, using those large drill bits and hole saws it really takes alot of time and patience applying much pressure just stalls the machine, they get really got quite quick, not to mention its harder on the drill bits and hole saws theyd much rather have alot of down pressure and make nice big chips instead of little needles and dust i may pick up a mount for my milwuakee fuel 1/2" drill to use it as a portable drill press as it has little problem sending 3/4" drills into steel i just dont have the weight to provide it down pressure or the strength to hold onto it when it grabs onto a bite.. itll spin you around or if you get yourself wedged up in a solid position itll break the screws and possibly plastic in the handle from the force in order to get a drill press to drill steel youd need to spend over 1000$ itd have much better fixturing or even a vice probably a taper chuck of some kind and enough torque and gearing to push a 1" drill through steel with you hanging off the feed handle without stalling, itll make nice big curly chips and youd be able to drill 100 holes without sharpening your bit long winded reply but all drills arent made equally
open top shoe and shorts and no clamp hot sharp chips, your fab skills are good, but you won't last long with lack of safety, look at HF 36221 quick and easy to use
Must we need standard marker for 90.degrees marker or other than degrees in big size tube to be exact. And a power full body support for bending. Ohhhhh. Hupsss...
Highly impressed with how clean your clothes are doing this type of work!

Ayos yang bender mo bro.
👍👏👍
Mas ayos yung sayo bro
Great work! Watched many of your videos. My admiration for what you achieve with limited resources!
Nice job!!! Congratulations!!! In order to avoid the "waves" at your pipe and the square tubing fill it with sand!!!!
Nice job bud! Those torch skills are amazing, the circles are excellent. Great ingenuity, I have more time than money so I totally get it.
Nice craftsmanship
Always inventing, aren't you? Great use of junkyard metal plate and looks like a handy piece of equipment, thank you
Thanks bro
Great respect for you Mr artist , thank you from Algeria.
This is a very creative tube bender
You are talented sir
Well done
i love your chicken behind @ 1:38
Kapampangan tlga magaling la.

I love watching your videos... Get a lot of ideas from you... The creativity is just amazing...
That was a great video. You, my friend, are very talented.
Great Build

Nice work
Nice work very awesome unit 👌🍺😀
ladies and gentlemen may I introduce Mr T's replacement on the A-team. it even doubles as industrial art when not in use.
your welding is superb, keep it up
Do you know why im subscribing?
You take no shit on your work man.
Dedicated and absolutely useful on every project.!
Saludos.

Very good idea, nice job!
Very good design. like adjustability
Fill the tube with sand and tape off the open ends
That will prevent the squashing at the bend point
Great job!!!
That's an awesome build kiddo.
nice video excellent build
Super beau travail. Bravo!
Work with brilliance!
Excellent work my friend, Good work you have done.
Genius. No other word
Up next, hydraulic ram upgrade for homemade square tubing bender. Stay tuned!
Great project, thanks!!
awesome diy, bravo
Good!
You need to replace the bearing with a bigger diameter concave roller bearings to easen-up the bending.
C'est magnifique
Excelente felicitaciones Maestro Venezuela gracias
Great work. Sure this will come in very useful on your future projects.
Great job dude , now i know how to make one 😁😁🙏🙏
Excelente ,! Parabéns, muito inteligente rapaz! Parabéns pelo projeto

Great video
Excellent job.
ayos na ayos. you are so good at what you are doing.
Very nice job

Great job
Would the metal not deform in the bend if you would fill it with sand or something similar?
Maganda Ang metal bender Ang hawakan dapat masmalaki Ang bar ginamit mo but still nice diy. thumps up ako🤗🤗🤗

Awesome skills!
Felicitaciones amigo me diste otra idea
Salute! Genius work !
Ang galing mo paps.. kudos sayo👍
Good work
Thankyou
Very Good !
Nice job but you need to grind metal surfaces before welding, for stronger weld.
I know what you mean my friend, it is so called chamfer
very very very excellent
Wow, awesome build!

Roger Fossette it left the smoke stain of 6010 or 6011 looked like 1/8” rod on the base probably about 140 amps

Hi, magkano kung magpagawa ako ng bender for 1nch square tube boss?
Very nice
Metalworkers wearing flip-flops always makes an entertaining video.
Ang galing mo pare. Salamat ....
Yes we will be pulling some tendons with this type of bending... Why not use hydraulic jack so that it will be safe and elderly operator can enjoy as well
is anyone else amazed the drill press still works after all those holes assuming he actually did every plate shown
Why would the drill press get broken from drilling holes? It's whats it's built to do...
@@offroader22 not the drill press shown, i have a few that size people sell them around here for 10-20$ they have no torque at all, like 1/4 of the torque of a wall powered or even 18v cordless drill, its because they use an inductive motor instead of a universal style motor

i may pick up a mount for my milwuakee fuel 1/2" drill to use it as a portable drill press as it has little problem sending 3/4" drills into steel i just dont have the weight to provide it down pressure or the strength to hold onto it when it grabs onto a bite.. itll spin you around or if you get yourself wedged up in a solid position itll break the screws and possibly plastic in the handle from the force
in order to get a drill press to drill steel youd need to spend over 1000$ itd have much better fixturing or even a vice probably a taper chuck of some kind and enough torque and gearing to push a 1" drill through steel with you hanging off the feed handle without stalling, itll make nice big curly chips and youd be able to drill 100 holes without sharpening your bit
long winded reply but all drills arent made equally
Kid you need to go to mechanical engineering school, you are a prodigy
GOOD JOB WELL DONE

this my friend is the good stuff valuable and precise as well thanks
How come that jumper is so clean..mine would be asblack asfire back
really great.. keep it up bro.
Well done dude

I applaud your engineuity, and you definitely make the most of what you've got, but those bends are collapsed. Can't sell them.
How does he keep his top so clean mine would of been coverd in cutting fluid and loads of arc welding burn marks by now well done sir
Ang galing mo naman boss. Saan location mo. Papagawa ako
Should have welded clamping plate to opposing side, eliminate clamp altogether!
EXCELLENT WORK!
nice bro.
Pwede rin ba sa galvanize at stainless pipe to boss?
How the hell did he keep that white shirt clean? If that was me i wouldve been covered!
,, petmalu lodi😎😎😎
Nice content keep it up bro.
Aluminum po ba na tubular ginamit nyo? Ntry nyo na po mild steel dyan? Kasi nag ddistort yung radius.
I like it its very srong bender
Brilliant
Well done 👍🇦🇺
.
How that white shirt stayed clean, I’ll never know.
