Aapka Bhai mara hai and all of them seems to forget about it. The only sane people are Shanawaz and his mother who are planning and plotting to free their son and brother from jail and the assumptions. Also 5:14 the journalist was overacting with so much screaming and yelling.

A lot of people compare this to Khaani but I see too many differences; In Khaani, the male lead (Mir Hadi) kills the girl’s brother in cold blood. Here, the male lead’s *brother* kills the girl’s brother and does this unintentionally (but yes also carelessly). In Khaani, the male lead is madly in love/obsessed with the girl, whereas here Shahnawaz is playing games with the girl to get revenge. Khaani never gives in to the guy’s love whereas here we all know Mehru will fall for the guy. Although both Khaani and Mehru are strong-willed girls, one is sensible and mellow whereas the other one is stubborn and will fall for betrayal. Also, Mir Hadi was hot-tempered and reckless whereas Shahnawaz behaves with caution and has a cool head for the most part.
Shahnawas since day one onwards doesn't like Amal but because of his mother he agreed to marry her. Anyways after he saw Mehru there was a change in his expressions ❤ Even though he is playing MindGames or not eventually he is falling for Mehru . Thats what he is indirectly trying to explain his mother the reasons for avoiding Amal. Anyways if he is on revenge or not with Mehru , deep inside he has attachment 👫 whether he understands it or not 🤔 But eager to watch next episode 🎬

Well mehru’s character was seen as very strong and brave but now she’s being fool by taking useless favours from him now she doesn’t remember that he’s the brother of that person who killed his brother.
Rafay is a momma's boy. He doesn’t have a backbone. He will never take any stands for Mehru after getting married. Now he is doubting Mehru after hearing Urooj's gossip. So he is not a perfect guy for Mehru.
This drama isn't realistic, but I love it because of the chemistry between the hero and heroine. I’d love to see more scenes with Mehru and Shahnawaz. From what I understand of the plot, Shahnawaz is currently showing fake love and concern to stop Mehru from damaging their family name and reputation. However, in the process, he'll end up truly falling in love with her-that’s where things are heading. I also believe he secretly admires Mehru’s bravery and unique personality, even if he doesn’t realize it yet. After seeking revenge, he’ll come to understand his true feelings and love her deeply. Please give us a happy ending-I just want to see Shahnawaz and Mehru together in the end. I don’t care how unrealistic it is; I just want a happy ending ❤😍

Same stories in almost all dramas such as in the beginning, a fiancé is shown so loving and caring. Later they won’t trust the woman and the engagement would break, oh how many dramas have already shown this stupidity and they keep repeating the same thing. When there is no public transport, the main character would always find the woman standing by the road waiting for a transport! I am glad to find your comment, at least you called this drama unrealistic.

I think the makers have lost it. They always showed Shahnawaz chauffeur driven but when he picks up Meru, he is driving. Meru is shown to be a working lady but is ignorant and clueless about the strike/bandh. The strory writer must be more creative with the scenes and dialogues

Well said and totally agree!! They're so casual and calm about a young death in the house, it's unbelievable. Anmol Baloch's acting is just terrible. Such light-hearted banter with the killer's family is beyond understanding.

Great car scene by the way. Shahnawaz didn't have to offer any lift but he stopped for mehru not once but twice. He was persistent when it came to her. He may act ruthless and tough and no matter whatever game he's playing at.. he does seem to have grown an unconscious conscience for mehru. Even when she denied to come up front in the car he didn't just leave her in the middle of nowhere on a strike day, he lurked nearby and came for her after she's had her stubborn waiting done and was ready again. He's slowing learning how to tackle her. Call it whatever.. he cares for her. Meanwhile for his fiancee he's becoming distant, irritated and emotionally unavailable, his mother has to repeatedly make him patchup with Amal or she risks her relationship with her brother. Amal's unending clinginess and constant need for attention is driving him up the wall and for a good reason. Initiating small talks in the car to engage Mehru in any way possible, sending flowers prior to that, calling to apologise and above all his private thoughts when no one is around are just hints at what is to come next. Despite being terribly busy, he's taken out time to wait around for her and drop her off safely. It amounts for something. Maybe her stubborn streak and self sustainability makes him see her as unique and a puzzle to be solved. The fact he is curious as to why she isn't scared of him when everyone around him shake in their boots is indicative of how invested he's become in her. He's maybe trying to trap Mehru to break her will and make her surrender infront of him, but he'll only wind-up pulling the strings tighter around himself too. Script going great!
The script is so unrealistic! Also it is repeating same old things from other dramas that we have seen many times. He stopped the car for her twice, yes it was expected because in every drama they have to show the woman standing, waiting for transportation when only this man finds her standing there who is the main character. Then even if he drives away, he would come back eventually. Nothing can be more dumb that mehrunnisa just standing there looking here and there for what? He already drove away and she knows there is no transportation but she is just standing looking at the road and searching with her eyes here and there for who? She didn’t even call her fiancé or anyone? It’s not like she is all alone in this world with no family. The most stupid scene ever, it’s like she knew he would come back. Even if she knew he would come back, why be so desperate to go with him when she does have a finance and she is not all alone in life.

Doesn’t make sense why she sat in Shahnawaz’s car? Why do writers make stupid stories? In reality, no woman would feel desperate enough to sit in another man’s car when she has a fiancé who she can contact any time. It’s not like she is lonely or has no on in life. They didn’t even show her calling Rafaye even once. When her car wasn’t starting, right away it was obvious that they would show something as stupid as mehrunisa getting a ride from shahnawaz, as always all dramas repeat the same unrealistic thing that every time the main character would find the woman standing and waiting for a public transport and drops her home!!!

I think the makers have lost it. They always showed Shahnawaz chauffeur driven but when he picks up Meru, he is driving. Meru is shown to be a working lady but is ignorant and clueless about the strike/bandh. The strory writer must be more creative with the scenes and dialogues

It doesn't make sense. Why is the actress acting so childish and making faces around Shanawaz? Isn't her brother dead because of the guy's brother? Normally to log baat nahi karte hai, AUR yaha "nok jhok" horaha hai. Illogical! I like how Khaani character was strong written and directed. Aapka Bhai mara hai and all of them seems to forget about it. The only sane people are Shanawaz and his mother who are planning and plotting to free their son and brother from jail and the assumptions. Also 5:14 the journalist was overacting with so much screaming and yelling.
Well in khani hadi murdered brutally her brother n intentionally.. but in this it was accident while turning road .. so senario is quite different

Great car scene by the way. Shahnawaz didn't have to offer any lift but he stopped for mehru not once but twice. He was persistent when it came to her. He may act ruthless and tough and no matter whatever game he's playing at.. he does seem to have grown an unconscious conscience for mehru. Even when she denied to come up front in the car he didn't just leave her in the middle of nowhere on a strike day, he lurked nearby and came for her after she's had her stubborn waiting done and was ready again. He's slowing learning how to tackle her. Call it whatever.. he cares for her. Meanwhile for his fiancee he's becoming distant, irritated and emotionally unavailable, his mother has to repeatedly make him patchup with Amal or she risks her relationship with her brother. Amal's unending clinginess and constant need for attention is driving him up the wall and for a good reason.
Initiating small talks in the car to engage Mehru in any way possible, sending flowers prior to that, calling to apologise and above all his private thoughts when no one is around are just hints at what is to come next. Despite being terribly busy, he's taken out time to wait around for her and drop her off safely. It amounts for something.
Maybe her stubborn streak and self sustainability makes him see her as unique and a puzzle to be solved. The fact he is curious as to why she isn't scared of him when everyone around him shake in their boots is indicative of how invested he's become in her.
He's maybe trying to trap Mehru to break her will and make her surrender infront of him, but he'll only wind-up pulling the strings tighter around himself too.

The script is so unrealistic! Also it is repeating same old things from other dramas that we have seen many times. He stopped the car for her twice, yes it was expected because in every drama they have to show the woman standing, waiting for transportation when only this man finds her standing there who is the main character. Then even if he drives away, he would come back eventually. Nothing can be more dumb that mehrunnisa just standing there looking here and there for what? He already drove away and she knows there is no transportation but she is just standing looking at the road and searching with her eyes here and there for who? She didn’t even call her fiancé or anyone? It’s not like she is all alone in this world with no family. The most stupid scene ever, it’s like she knew he would come back. Even if she knew he would come back, why be so desperate to go with him when she does have a finance and she is not all alone in life.
