Nice topic for the 100th video uploading, indeed. The interaction with a close Japanese family over a Nabe dish. Also nice to see smaller children, Sara chan and Joshua chan and a girl from the Japanse family play a game together and throwing a doll at each other like a snowball fight. I can sense they are really having a good time. !(^^)! I, too, like Nabe ryouri(dish) and like many others, Kimuchi Nabe especially, much hotter one (#15). I bought one more Kimuchi soup stock this evening, although I thought the one I took last week was the last until next winter. ;)

Hot pot cooking is good. Vegetables are boiled, less bulky and can be eaten a lot. Compared to salads, it does not cool the body and internal organs and is boiled, so it has less internal organs burden to digest than raw vegetables. The soup in the pot is delicious and nutritious because the taste, amino acids and vitamins exude from meat, vegetables and fish. It doesn't use oil, so it's low in calories. Since it is not baked, there is no harm to the body due to burning. If you do not consume the staple food starch and saccharification, it is an excellent diet food. In fact, there are many Japanese people who work hard on a diet with hot pot dishes.
私はお鍋より茎焼きの方が好きかな… でも寒い時はやっぱり鍋かな I think I prefer Sukiyaki to Nabe... But when it’s really cold, I would probably still eat Nabe. (Sukiyaki is similar to Nabe, I think, but it’s a lot of meat and you eat it, after putting it in with raw eggs)

鍋料理は、色々有るからね～。我が家では、ほうれん草と豚肉のしゃぶしゃぶや、鳥モモの水炊き。自分は魚釣りもするので、真鯛や鰤のしゃぶしゃぶも美味しいですよ。しかしＮｏ１鍋はやっぱり！おでん！ですかね。
