I got the new all might in two multis. But he can not be run with steampunk bakugo cause he will give your allies including himself action skill impact down and it it forever cause bakugo is a blue unit

The 1.5x Rate Up feels like actual BS sometimes, they say it's for the character yet I get everything but the Featured one which is just so stupid

They really need to up that 1.5 to 2 and even then 9/10 times the UR wont be the featured ones
