the food n process is appreciable but i wish they had cleaned up the surrounding before starting.. the vessels from which ingredients were poured on to another had dirt underneath.. and it must have gone in since it was tapped at the edge... :(

I personally will stay away from eating this..the ground is so filthy and there is to many bear hand mixing the marinade with the fish if a piece fall on ground I am sure they will pick itand finds it an cook it together with other..beside there is no safety on streaming over 3 layer the fish might not being cook.. really will any of you would eat this.????
