    Its already a week since we start taking calls, and im absent today. It started as a sore throat and by the end, im voiceless. Any advice to recover? Also, how am i gonna avoid this again in the future?

      Sorry to hear that. It does happen sometimes. Just drink lukewarm water instead of cold water when you're taking many calls. Add lemon to your water when possible. I also tried Bactidol mouthwash to cleanse and Strepsils lemon flavor to ease the sore. Hope that helps. Voice rest is important.

    thank you for this! i am still on training as a tech support and this is my first time to work as an agent in a BPO company. i'm having a hard time with these types of process like transferring a call because we aren't given spiels as a reference to practice with. that's why I'm too nervous for mock calls, I never know what to say because I'm afraid that I won't sound professional or that I'll sound inexperienced like i don't know what I'm doing.

    Tips naman po for the phone interview. Dalawang beses na kasi ako nag-fail sa Eperformax hays. Gustong gusto ko talaga makapasa don 😅

    Whenever i want to transfer a call, i always get. "I don't have time" I'm at work" I'm driving" "Call me back I'm busy" "Now is not a good time" etc
