I've really considered getting this. Please let me know if the display in the dash still works, i.e. does it still show the radio frequency? And did your pilot have a factory back up camera in the rear view mirror? If so were you able to use that camera?
Unfortunately, these units don't correspond well with the 2012 to 2015 models, as the climate control display is integrated with the OEM radio unit, where as the 2009 to 2001 models do not.

That’s not an 2011. I have one and the control panels under the stereo is not the same. Must be a 2012. Did you end up redesigning the trim on the sides or did you leave it?
I bought the same radio off of Ebay. The radio reception is not good. I plugged in the supplied radio antenna connector and checked power going back to the antenna amp. Does your radio have the NEAR/FAR switch? Did you have do anything special to get your radio reception or did it work right away? Do you know if yours works on both FM and AM?
how did you get the back up camera to work when you put the suv in reverse. if you can explain exactly how you did it i would greatly appreciate it. i have the same unit and haven't figured out how to do that.
I thought some instructions came with it... anyway it should be simple, just plugin and connect to rear reverse light and it should be good!... I believe if you do a search online you can find more information.
I took the Orange wire from the hu marked reverse and hooked it up to the Orange wire behind the passenger side kick plate. You will find that Orange wire connected to a blue connector with a whole bunch of other wires. Ijust took a spare piece of wire ran it from the hu under the dash and connected them together. Then I took the three yellow rca and took the one that said video out and connected that to the yellow wire behind the map lights on the roof. You have to get a spare rca leed and strip one end to make that connection. And then just plug the other end into the video out. Thats it! It should take you about 30 mins to an hire to do all the above.

I installed a aftermarket deck but I lost all my climate controls. How were you able to do that
I don't believe anyone can resolve that issue, has I have spent much time researching this very issue.
