What brand are those light cut outs on the rear lift gate?? Never seen those. My lights are just mounted on the factory panel and point straight at the ground
Actually watching the rest of the video, it looks like custom made mounts and the trim was cut out. I'm not as familiar with the tahoes, we cant afford em, but the Durango have a finger groove that a small led light fits in pretty well.

They are soundoff mpower lights. We've mounted the lights like that in the hand holes, where you would put your hand to pull the lift gate down.
