Interesting, but it seems that there are different definitions of these Angles (min. 2:14 ), perhaps because the definition of pupillary axis is... weak! (I have collected about ten representations of the optical system, apparently with different definitions) For example, does the "angle k" (angle between the pupillary axis and the visual axis) have the "Entrance Pupil"as its point of intersection, (Vertice), or exclusively the "Anterior Nodal Point"? (what would point E and point S' indicate in this drawing?) Thank you
You are right the definitions are different, I think a good definition for the pupillary axis is the line that passes the center of the pupil and perpendicular to the cornea. But based on the diagram pupillary axis doesn't look like perpendicular to the Cornea.
