Most of the time when I've waited for the entire move it goes against me, and usually, I switch into a scalping mode to get green again, I think I have a FOMO disease combined with "not reading the entire picture", so I'm Planning to record and playback and maybe find out what I was missing.
Whenever I watch your videos I "mentally" do almost the same entries.
After I read "Day Trading Vol 1" several times I donated the book to someone, so obviously I considered repurchasing it. This book is the only one that clearly explains the entire picture of a fully functional strategy.
Professor, you didn't just give us the best of day trading you also gave us hope.

I had 3 losing days this week with the opening strategy. Despite following every rule.
Wow that's amazing. Can you please give us the dates and stocks, so we can back test this? If there is useful data, we can pass it on before they finalize the strategy. Obviously, any trade can lose, but we haven't found it to be the case very often.

The great thing about this strategy is if followed correctly it takes a lot of the skill out of it. That is why Day Trading for Success is so excited about it. I would really like to see if the rules were followed in Marios case :).

@@daytradingforsuccess8143 I like the strategy because it has very clear and easy to follow rules! So how did I trade it.
- First I marked the 2 and 10 day highs and lows each period for its fibs.
-I went to the 5 minute chart and market the key turning points for the most recent 8 days.
- Since I traded the first 5 minute high/low strategy I market the high and low of the 5 minutes after the New York open. I traded on the first days NVDA, 2nd day MSFT and then TSLA.
-In between the first minute high/low there will be no trades, above only longs and below only shorts.
-For long trades I would wait for the first breach of the next higher line, while the signal candle has to be green. The target is the next higher supp/res, or fib line. When the market has momentum you can go for more. But thats up to the trader.
-The stop is my max loss, or half of the signal candle.
-After a winning trade I need to wait for the next candle to open in order to take the next signal.
-Vise versa for shorts.
-I would trade the strategy for about 45 minutes after the open.
